美国加州大学旧金山分校（University of California, San Francisco, UCSF）生理学系荣休教授，同时也是神经科技创业者，在脑机接口（Brain-Computer Interface, BCI）、神经调控和神经工程领域具有国际影响力。

Sabes 教授于麻省理工学院（MIT）获得博士学位，研究方向为机器学习与人类运动控制，随后在加州理工学院（Caltech）和索尔克生物研究所（Salk Institute）开展神经生理学博士后研究。2000年加入UCSF并建立 Sabes Lab，长期致力于研究感觉—运动系统中的神经计算机制，以及先进脑机接口技术开发。

Sabes 教授团队在人工感觉反馈、灵长类脑接口和柔性电极植入技术等方向取得重要突破，开发了首个厘米尺度灵长类光遗传接口系统，并与加州大学伯克利分校 Maharbiz 实验室合作提出“缝纫机式”（Sewing-machine）柔性电极植入技术，为深部脑区高密度神经信号采集提供了关键技术路径。

2016年前后，Philip Sabes 教授受邀参与组建 Neuralink 创始团队，并于2017年全职投入脑机接口产业化工作。在 Neuralink 期间，团队进一步完善机器人辅助柔性电极植入技术，实现超过1000通道的高密度神经接口和全植入式无线脑机接口系统。

离开 Neuralink 后，Sabes 教授持续聚焦神经调控与疾病治疗方向。2020年共同创立 Starfish Neuroscience，致力于非侵入式神经调控、新一代植入式脑接口及精准脑调控技术。目前，他创办 Integral Neurotechnologies，旨在开发面向精神疾病和神经系统疾病治疗的新型脑接口技术，推动脑机接口从基础研究走向临床应用。

Philip Sabes 教授是全球脑机接口领域少数兼具顶尖神经科学研究背景、核心技术原创能力、大规模脑接口产业化经验及神经科技创业实践经验的代表性科学家之一。

Dr. LU Hanna works as Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychiatry, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Before joining in CUHK, Hanna was a registered Attending Psychiatrist in Guangzhou, China. From bedside to bench, Hanna was motivated by the strong interests in aging brain and started the journey of becoming a clinical neuroscientist. Centred with ageing brain and disease-modifying therapy, Hanna’s research interests include: (1) to apply novel neuromodulation techniques in preclinical populations; (2) based on imaging data, to construct computational models for guiding personalized interventions for cognitive decline and sleep disturbances; (3) to develop AI-driven biomarkers (e.g., brain age model) for predicting treatment response and disease progress at individual level. With the financial support from GRF, HMRF, CUHK grants and generous donations, the findings of her studies were published in renowned medical and neuroscience journals. Some of her studies have received the Gold Awards on the Asian Oceanian Congress of Neurology (2021), Healthy Longevity Catalyst Award (Hong Kong) (2023) etc.

香港理工大学生物医学工程系教授。孙雷教授在医学超声技术领域拥有25年的研发经验，涵盖系统开发、信号/图像处理及生物医学应用。他持有十余项美国及中国已授权或申请中的专利。作为首席研究员，他已在香港及中国内地主持了多个研究项目，累计资助金额超过8000万港元，项目获得香港及国家级主要科研资助机构支持。他是香港研究资助局高级研究员，非侵入性脑机接口研究中心主任，集中实验动物设施副主任，大学校董会成员，以及工程学院人事委员会和研究委员会委员。他已发表同行评议期刊文章及国际会议论文逾250篇，包括Nature Communications, PNAS, Advanced Science, Biomaterials, Cell Reports, Molecular Psychiatry, Brain Stimulation等。他曾担任聚焦超声神经调控2025（FUN25）大会主席，并在多个国际会议上主持科学分会。他曾获香港理工大学工程学院卓越研究与学术活动奖及研究资助成就奖。

Jonathan Berent "JB" is the Founder and CEO of NextSense, Inc., a spinoff of X, Google's Moonshot Factory, building EEG-powered earbuds that enhance sleep and unlock brain health at scale. After a decade leading sales and partnerships at Google and Oracle, JB pivoted in 2016 to pursue a lifelong belief that unlocking the mind is the key to human potential. His work at X grew into the lab's largest funded early-pipeline project by 2020. JB co-authors peer-reviewed sleep research, lectures regularly at Stanford and UCSF, and was featured on the cover of Wired in June 2022. He holds a BA with Honors in Philosophy & Religious Studies from Stanford University.

Professor Gilberto Leung is Tsang Wing-Hing Professors in Clinical Neuroscience at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He graduated from the University of London with M.B.B.S. in 1992 and completed postgraduate training with the Hallett Gold Medal from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the J. Douglas Miller Medal from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He joined HKU in 2005 where he obtained his MS, PhD, and MD degrees.

He is currently Director of the School of Clinical Medicine and Convenor of the Clinical Neuroscience Consortium at HKU; Immediate-Past President and Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine; and Convenor of the Institute for Medical Advancement and Clinical Excellence (IMACE).

He holds an LLB from the University of London and an LLM in Medical Law and Ethics with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh. He is Co-Director of the Centre for Medical Ethics and Law at HKU and Chairperson of the Clinical Ethics Committee at Queen Mary Hospital, where he practises clinically as Honorary Consultant Neurosurgeon.

His research interests include endoscopic neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, and medical law and ethics, having published 231 peer-reviewed journal articles, three monographs, and 13 book chapters.

Fred Li, Managing Director and Head of University Ventures, has over 15 years of experience in private market transactions, management operations, and turnarounds as both a deal maker and a former General Manager. Fred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of HKICPA and Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).

Fred began his career as a restructuring advisory specialist at Deloitte. Later, he gained full-cycle deal experience and served on the board of directors of portfolio companies during his positions at VC and PE firms, including Senior Associate at Ocean Equity Partners (MFO), Vice President at CITIC CLSA Capital Partners, and Executive Director at Hywin International. He also gained practical experience in business management, successful turnarounds, and digital transformation as Group General Manager at Gaia Group, a 1,000-person task force company in his previous portfolio.

He has served as the lecturer, advisory committee, vetting panelist, trainer, and mentor for ecosystem partners such as Hong Kong’s Universities, NUS, BIOHK, BIOCHINA, HKSTP and Cyberport. Fred has hybrid experience across technology and business strategy and operations, with a focus on university spin-offs, Healthcare & Biotechnology, AI+ and GreenTech.

Christoph Guger studied electrical and biomedical engineering at the University of Technology Graz in Austria and Johns Hopkins University in the USA and received his PhD in 1999. In 1999 he started the company g.tec which has now branches in Austria, Spain, the USA, Canada and Hong Kong and India. g.tec produces high-quality neurotechnology and real-time brain computer interfaces for the research, medical and consumer market. The company is active in many international research projects about brain-computer interfacing, neuromodulation, stroke rehabilitation, assessment and communication with patients with disorders of consciousness and high-gamma mapping in epilepsy and tumor patients.

Ludovic is a Medtech entrepreneur and microengineering specialist dedicated to transforming healthcare through advanced neurotechnology. With a PhD in microsystems and microelectronics and many years of experience spanning the biotech and medtech sectors, he is the Co-founder of Neurosoft Bioelectronics. Driven by a mission to help patients with debilitating neurological disorders, his company pioneers ultra-soft, bio-integrable neural implants.

Unlike many other technologies, these minimally invasive implants can safely interface with large brain areas. This unique capability overcomes the limitations and risks of traditional rigid devices, making Neurosoft's technology specially positioned to create more precise and deliberate Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs). 格式塔科技创始人兼CEO，格式塔科技（Gestala）是中国首家专注于超声波技术路径的脑机接口生命科学企业。格式塔科技自今年1月1日正式官宣成立以来，围绕“成都+上海”双总部战略，快速完成了研发体系、产业体系及全球人才体系建设，累计完成融资5.7亿元人民币。成为中国脑机接口赛道早期融资规模增长最快的企业之一。

彭雷本科毕业于中科大，研究生毕业于香港理工大学，复旦⼤学类脑智能科学与技术研究院博⼠。曾经有过多次成功创业的经验，12年创立客如云19年被阿里巴巴本地生活10亿人民币全资收购，21年联合创立脑虎科技。彭雷作为互联网和AI背景的科技创业者，跨界到生命科学的创业，不到四年的时间带领脑虎科技成为国内侵入式脑机接口领先公司，被称为行业中，“最懂科学的创业者”之一。

拥有超过25年的私募股权投资及生命科学产业经验，累计领导投资金额超过10亿美元。其主导的多个医疗健康跨境投资及并购项目曾荣获“最佳私募股权投资案例TOP10”等行业奖项。

在创立蓝海资本之前，杨锋先生曾任建银国际董事总经理及医疗基金负责人，并曾在PPF集团负责中国战略投资，参与创建捷信中国；亦曾于TPG（德州太平洋集团）工作。

杨锋先生长期专注于生物医药创新、脑科学、脑机接口及跨境医疗投资合作，积极推动中国创新药企国际化发展。其带领蓝海资本成为中国首批加入联合国负责任投资原则（UN PRI）的专业医疗投资机构之一。

杨锋先生拥有香港科技大学MBA学位，并曾于哥伦比亚大学商学院及德国HHL莱比锡商学院交流学习。

Steven has spent more than 17 years in the financial industry, starting as an equity analyst at Chinese Investment Bank Haitong Securities. He later advanced the path as director of asset management at CCB International and managing director at GBA Development Fund (A PE firm in Hong Kong with an AUM of 2 Billion USD) before founding his ventures in 2023. Steven graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University and University of Hong Kong, He also holds MBA degree from University of Cambridge.

In parallel, he pursued academic interests in mathematics and Artificial Intelligence, and has raised over £2m for Cambridge University and therefore been named as a fellow at Clare Hall Cambridge.
