由马来西亚投资发展局（MIDA）支持，移动机器人产业联盟、新战略移动机器人产业研究所主办的“物流自动化发展战略暨第七届国际移动机器人集成应用大会”将于2025年8月21日召马来西亚·吉隆坡召开。会议邀请了来自于中国智能物流及智能移动机器人解决方案的近20家主流企业及近40家来自于马来西亚或新加坡等东南亚地区的终端应用企业、系统集成商、经销商和代理商企业，直面交流与对接。为了更好的保证参会效果，以下为参会指南，请详细查阅。

3、签到方式：中英文版签到系统，通过微信、浏览器或者相机扫描二维码后输入或搜索名字即可进行签到。将签到成功页面提交给会务组，领取餐券等凭证。
*已报名但因故不能参会或换人参会的嘉宾，请提前告知会务组，以便准备资料及用餐安排。
会场注意事项
1、会议设置了中英文互译服务，会议演讲如有中文，大屏幕显示英文，英文演讲则显示中文，同时，听众还可以通过微信、浏览器或者相机扫描二维码，使用蓝牙耳机听演讲。
2、会议设置了图片直播，参会嘉宾可通过扫码二维码在线查阅会议实时照片，分享会议内容。

1、我们已为您分配了相应的展示位置，展示区域在会议室后部，会务组配备了电视机及企业专属桌布（显示企业LOGO），请自行准备电视播放素材。
2、展示搭建需在会议开始前一天，即8月20日完成，无论是否有产品实际展示，搭建过程中需遵守会场的安全规范，不得损坏会场设施，设备如需运输请自行负责货运及装卸车服务。
3、展示期间，请安排专业的工作人员在场，最好能说英文，以便为参会者介绍展示内容、解答疑问。展示桌面可以放置企业资料册等。

入境须知及交通
1、签证办理：马来西亚目前是中国免签国家，但需要办理护照，且提前三天在马来西亚入境官网填写申请，网址：https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/register。
2、吉隆坡国际机场距离酒店约为45公里，车程约为1小时，费用约为人民币140元，吉隆坡当地支付大部分支持微信和支付宝，也可自备现金，打车软件可在出境易上下载Grab。或者直接在微信grab小程序上付费。
