当前,人形机器人技术加速演进、产品不断迭代,正逐步从实验室走向现实世界,展现出巨大的应用潜力。中国电子学会组织遴选出人形机器人十大最具潜力应用场景,为各行业带来积极影响。
As humanoid robot technologies are advancing rapidly and products continue to evolve, humanoid robots are steadily transitioning from laboratory research to real-world deployment, showcasing immense application potential. The Chinese Institute of Electronics has identified ten most promising application scenarios for humanoid robots. Humanoid robots are bringing positive impact across industries and ushering in a new era of human-robot collaboration.
一、工业通用操作上下料与转
移搬运
1. General Industrial Operations Loading, Unloading, and Material Handling
工业生产及物流仓库中,低精度上下料、轻质小型物料搬运等环节存在重复性高、劳动强度大、效率有限等问题。人形机器人凭借灵活手臂、精准抓取功能及移动能力,可与自动化生产线控制系统、仓储管理系统协同,按生产节奏完成上下料,在货架间穿梭搬运物料,有效提升生产线流畅性与物流流转效率。
In industrial production and logistics warehouses, tasks involving low-precision loading/unloading and the handling of lightweight, small-sized materials are often highly repetitive, physically demanding, and inefficient. Humanoid robots, equipped with agile manipulators, precise gripping functions, and mobility, can work in coordination with automated production line control systems and warehouse management systems to carry out loading and unloading operations aligned with production cycles, efficiently transferring materials across shelving zones. This significantly enhances the operation of production lines and the efficiency of logistics flow.

二、汽车制造分拣配料

汽车制造涉及零部件种类繁多,传统人工分拣配料易出现错漏且效率偏低。人形机器人通过精准视觉识别系统分辨不同型号物料,依托灵活机械手臂完成抓取放置,并对接物料管理系统获取需求信息,将物料精准配置到货架货仓,优化生产流程。

The 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) industry features high production volumes and rapid iteration, demanding fast and accurate quality inspection. Manual inspection often falls short in both speed and precision. Humanoid robots equipped with high-resolution visual sensors and intelligent detection algorithms can identify surface defects and dimensional inconsistencies in materials. They work in tandem with production management systems to report results, thereby improving overall quality control.
